GoDaddy Years

In 2010 Robby Rae was in the first training class for a new care center in Iowa, GoDaddy. Robby Rae spent three years on the phone and created a family atmosphere with his team. He was called "Mr. President" for his leadership and keeping everyone motivated while helping them grow to become better agents. The name has stuck and many of those friends still call him that when they see him. In 2013 he joined leadership working 2nd shift onboarding new hires and loved the satisfaction it gave him. Working with new people and getting them excited always got him excited.

Robby Rae supervised a Hosting team for a couple months to get his feet wet by learning the ins and outs of hosting. His team made a Wordpress site full of errors to see if he could find them all. He did and instantly earned their respect.

His biggest challenge was bring over 20 new agents to our Productivity Department and being in charge of onboarding them all. Of those 20 we only lost two agents who returned back to inbound.

Best team effort Robby Rae had as a supervisor was on a 2nd shift team full of brand new agents. He was able to take them to the top of Iowa in back to back months.

Robby Rae was asked to be a GameChanger, working with struggling supervisors. This would be the ultimate challenge. He ended up with the "best improvement" from his supervisors, topping the other five GameChangers.

Rob Mellody, what you showed me during your time as my Supervisor I will never forget. Also the question you asked me “What do you want”? I said to be on 1st shift. Your response was let’s get to it then. This will stick with me forever. Thank you for giving me courage and talking me down when needed.
